17th Jan 2021: Shri Amit Shah, Hon. Minister of Home Affairs, Government of India on 17th January 2021 inaugurated the KLE Advanced Simulation Centre and Clinical Skills Lab, which is a new a state-of-art venture of the KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research, (Deemed-to-be-University), set up in the J.N.Medical College, Belagavi.
3rd Feb 2021: Dr Kore bestowed the Kengal Hanumantaiah Sanskruti Datti Prashasti by the Kannada Sahitya Parishat in recognition of his momentous work in Education and Healthcare. 24th Feb 2021: The Neurosurgery team at the KLEs Prabhakar Kore Hospital, Nehru Nagar, Belagavi successfully performed their first vario-guided biopsy of a small tumour with the help of HRS Neuro-navigation system which is exclusively available only in a few centers in the state.

17th Aug 2021: The Gift of Life was passed on to four individuals when the family of a brain dead farmer consented to organ donation at KLE Society's Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital and MRC, Belagavi. The organs were transported to the respective recipient sites.

27th Sep 2021: KLE Dr Prabhakar Kore Hospital and MRC along with KAHER organized a Free Health Checkup camp at Katkol Village, Ramdurg Taluka. Over 3200 individuals benefited. 600+ people benefitted from the Ayurveda section of the camp.

13th Nov 2021: 106th Foundation Day Celebrations of KLE Society- Dr Prabhakar Kore and Guest of Honour, Dr. S . Kumar. Former Chancellor, Sri Devaraj Urs University, Kolar and other dignitaries felicitated students and staff from institutions of KLE Society. 39 Gold Medals and 42 Silver medals were presented along with 3 institutional trophies and special felicitations to 6 staff members.
