His spectacular chairmanship beyond 30 years, with the active support of his team of elected members, embodies the collective efforts of everyone in KLE, including 13,000 members of the trust, 1,38,000 students, and 18,000 strong faculty, in making KLE an international Education-destination.

Our Objectives
For KLE, dissemination of quality education to the needy is the RELIGION and providing quality health care at no cost or affordable cost is the FAITH.
- To implement effectively programs through creativity and innovation in teaching, learning and evaluation.
- To enhance reading and learning capabilities among faculty and students and inculcate sense of life-long learning.
- To incorporate themes to build values, civic responsibilities and sense of national integrity.
- To impart spirit of inquiry and scientific temperament among students through research-oriented activities.
- To ordinate period performance evaluation of the faculty.
- To develop holistic personality through innovative education which equips them with the required skills.

- To open CBSE Schools at every taluka and district headquarters in North Karnataka and adjoining states.
- To start several girls residential schools and QIP centres for teachers.
- To establish international schools in foreign countries and further strengthening academic collaborations with reputed International Agencies, Organizations and Universities.
- To start training centres for competitive examinations like IAS, IPS and IIT; CET training in rural areas;
- To start an independent medical college and hospital at Hubli.
- To further consolidate facilities at the hospitals run by the Society with addition of more numbers of super specialties and establishment of Standalone Trauma Centre with Helicopter Ambulance.
- To popularize the concept of telemedicine already initiated by KLE Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital & Medical Research Centre of the Society.
- To create a state-of-art facility of Cancer Hospital at Belgaum on the lines of Tata Memorial Cancer Centre, Mumbai.
- To establish hospitals with super specialty backup at Kolhapur, Pune, Delhi, Mumbai, Goa and Bengaluru.
- To get our educational and healthcare facilities accredited by International Accrediting Agencies.
- To establish a separate Research Centre with ultramodern facilities for basic and applied research in health sciences where stem cell research, clinical research and research in integrated systems of medicine shall be on the top of the Agenda of the Society.
- To maintain clean and green campuses with pollution free environment and eco-friendly surroundings.
- To equip the graduates of law to be efficient in their domain thereby contribute for the upliftment of justice and integrity in society.
- To build its premier engineering institutions to achieve highest order of excellence in engineering education and research and to evolve a nationally prominent and internationally recognized technological university to meet the needs of our global and technologically rich society.
